· Your first and last name, and your email, phone number, password, and type of account so that you can join the game and we can communicate with you;
· Your photo if you choose to include it, so that you can be recognized by others you are engaging during gameplay;
· Information about your device, so we can provide game functionality to you and prevent fraud and misuse;
· Your chat interactions with other players, including any personal information you disclose in your conversations, so that those with whom you are interacting can engage with you authentically during the game, and so that you will be able to re-access those communications if you choose to at some later point;

· Mixpanel – for gathering data on player flow within Fathm
· OneSignal – for managing and delivering notifications to players.
· Unity – for providing the cross-hardware platform for Fathm development
· AWS – for storing, managing, and protecting the game’s database. Fathm data is encrypted and resides on servers managed by AWS and physically located within the U.S. We safeguard your data by:
· Having small groups formed by invitation only from your group host so that your group, not Fathm, controls who is in your group.
· Having a default setting to hide your existing prior comments in a group from new players who later join that group · Enabling you to hide your comments from others at any point you choose to
· Allowing you to leave a group at any time,
· Having strict community standards (1) requiring people in your groups to treat your comments as belonging to you, and (2) prohibiting others from taking screenshots of your comments or showing your comments to others without your permission,
· De-identifying your data when it is aggregated to provide population metrics
· Encrypting your credentials and data within our database
· Providing you with meaningful choices about how your data is handled
· Helping you delete your data any time you choose to do so
· Not using cookies or tracking mechanisms
· Maintaining strict access controls
· Not advertising, allowing advertising or sharing identifiable data or activity logs with third parties. We respect your rights
· You can access your data anytime you want
· You can stop using the game anytime you want
· You can ask us questions, and we will be responsive
· You can ask us to delete your data from a group anytime you want, and we will do in compliance with applicable law, and as quickly as possible. To delete your account please send an email to support@socraticsciences.com and we will respond to let you know your account has been deleted.
· You can ask us to hide your comments in a group anytime you want, and we will do so as quickly as possible
· You can leave the game and return later, we will protect your data in accordance with our Retention Policy.
